1. Appointment Cancellation Policy Client appointments are reserved specifically for them. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to fill the appointment slot with another client who may be on our waiting list. Failure to provide the required notice or a no-show will result in a non refundable $20 service charge. 2. Late Arrival Policy We understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause clients to arrive late for their appointments. However, in order to keep our schedule running smoothly and respect the time of other clients, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment time or cancellation, with non refundable $20 service charge. 3.Confidentiality As estheticians, we understand the importance of client confidentiality. Any information shared with us during the consultation or treatment will be kept strictly confidential. 4.Health and Medical Conditions It is important to inform your esthetician of any health or medical conditions you may have before your treatment. This includes allergies, medications, pregnancy, or any recent surgeries. This allows us to assess if any treatments or products may have adverse effects on your health
